Advanced Oxidation Process

Our system, Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) is the combination of OZONATION and FILTRATION SYSTEM which is a viable option in wastewater treatment. Ozonation is a process where a molecule containing three oxygen atoms called Ozone is generated by an ozone generator. The ozone gas is dissolved in water to kill microorganisms and remove organic and inorganic pollutants. Ozone is the most powerful known oxidizer that can almost react to anything it touches. It is more effective than chlorine at killing many microbiological matter efficiently by destroying their DNA. This powerful compound is highly unstable that makes it very effective in treating wastewater.

Filtration system on the other hand, uses multimedia filters that contain sands and activated carbon controlled by filter head to reduce the levels of suspended solids such as silt, clay, grit, organic matter, algae and other microorganisms and to increase the efficiency of the system and achieved quality effluent.

The system is designed to be automatically operated to lessen the operational expenses of end users.

ENERGY EFFICIENT

Unlike any conventional/traditional STP Systems. Advanced oxidation process doesn’t require huge sludge pump and compressor thus, the consumption of electricity is significantly lower

LOW COST SYSTEM

Advanced Oxidation Process is much lower than conventional systems. It only requires smaller footprints. No need of huge chamber and pump room. Operational and Maintenance cost is also lower due to its lower consumption on electricity and needlessness of chemicals to pass all parameters.
